The Craft Mailbox is a mail order specialist of textile art, patchwork, quilting and needlecraft books, tools, software and fabrics, proudly servicing metropolitan and regional Australia and beyond. The business was established 21 years ago in Melbourne. We are very careful and selective with our choice of books, haberdashery items and products as we pride ourselves on offering and delivering good quality, useful and helpful products to our customers. The Craft Mailbox has friendly ‘craft savvy’ customer service staff ready to offer a personalised service. We discuss your needs and offer the most appropriate product, be it an instructional book or the right haberdashery item for the job at hand. We also offer the unique ‘husband / daughter / son gift advisory service’, guiding them through the tricky process of selecting just the right gift for their
loved one.
Assisting you with your orders will be Veronica, Linda, Steve and Terence. Sandra Harvey has the enviable position of selecting the array of craft items you see in our bi-monthly catalogue. We believe craft is an important part of any culture or community for the way it brings together people who learn, develop and enhance skills allowing them artistic expression through their craft creations. We are proud to be involved with so many generous and caring women who continually work and learn together while enjoying social interaction and supporting each other in every day life. We especially enjoy being able to inspire and assist women who are isolated by distance and/or by disabilities, from creative environments and craft shops.
In order to take advantage of any of our special offers, just enter the promotion code into the 'Promotion Code' box found in the 'Basket' page and then click update. All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible and delivered using Australia Post Parcel Service. As our products are sourced from all over the world, please allow 2-21 days for delivery of your products. If for some reason your products are delayed, you will be notified.
All of our products are warranted new and factory fresh. With the exception of computer software, we will provide a replacement, a credit or a refund for any product you are not happy with provided that you return the product to us in new condition within 14-21 days from the date we shipped the product to you.
Computer software if faulty will be rectified under the manfacturer's own warranty service or, if necessary will be replaced.
We offer a '10 day money back no fuss guarantee' on all products (except for software) so you can purchase items and return them if they are not what you were looking for (we do not refund postage & handling).
Where and when possible, we use recycled packaging products i.e. plastics bags, cardboard boxes and general packaging material. |
